How Kygo Health works, text summary

Step 1: Connect your wearable

One time setup: click, sign in, approve. Kygo supports Oura Ring, Apple Health (iOS), Health Connect (Android), Fitbit, Garmin, and WHOOP. Historical data syncs automatically in the background. You can connect several devices; Kygo uses the most trustworthy source for each metric.

Step 2: Log your food

Six ways: photo (AI identifies foods and portions), barcode scan, voice, natural language text, one tap saved meals, and automatic import from other apps via Apple Health or Health Connect. Most entries take about 20 seconds. Nutrition data draws on USDA FoodData Central plus other databases, choosing the most accurate value.

Step 3: Get your correlations

After about 7 days of combined food and wearable data, Kygo starts surfacing patterns graded by statistical confidence, such as how late caffeine changes your sleep latency or which dinners precede higher HRV. Day 14 brings higher confidence patterns; some need 30 or more days. An Experiments feature then tracks whether a change you try actually moves your metrics.

Food logging, wearable syncing, and nutrition tracking are free, including your first 5 AI photo logs. Pro, which unlocks the correlation engine, costs $9.99 per month, $49.99 per year with a 7 day free trial, or $99.99 once for lifetime access. Kygo is a general wellness product, not a medical device. Download on the Apple App Store or Google Play: search "Kygo Nutrition + Wearables".
